Eastman House Expands Globally With New Licensees

Eastman House, a company known for its expansion into global markets, has recently partnered with Three Stars Foam, a company based in Dubai, to further enhance its presence internationally. This new partnership grants Three Stars Foam the authority to manufacture, market, and sell Eastman House's mattresses across several Middle Eastern countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates.

Three Stars Foam, established in 1987, is recognized for its substantial operations that include a 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located in Dubai, the UAE's most populous city. The company is renowned for its Sleep Fine mattress brand, which enjoys widespread recognition across the Middle East. In addition to mattresses, Three Stars Foam is also involved in the production of premium contemporary furniture for offices, commercial spaces, and luxury residences, according to company representatives.

Stuart Carlitz, Eastman House's CEO, praised the partnership, noting the high demand for American-designed products in the region and commending Three Stars Foam for its established market presence, strategic vision, proficient marketing team, and modern manufacturing capabilities.

Emad Hamdi, General Manager at Three Stars, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the opportunities it presents for expansion in both the residential and hospitality sectors. He also pointed out the significance of showcasing the Eastman House brand at the Expo Dubai 2020, a major global business event expected to attract a wide array of business professionals, investors, and tourists from around the world. Hamdi emphasized the allure of American brands in the Middle East and regarded Eastman House as an ideal partner for broadening their market footprint in the retail sector.
