Diamond Mattress recently relaunched Texas-based Royal Sleep Products, a company it acquired in 2019 after making major investments in the brand’s manufacturing, business systems and product strategy and development.

From its 60,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth, Royal Sleep provides mattresses, futons, foundations and sleep accessories to retail and hospitality partners in the South, Central and West regions. By implementing upgraded equipment, lean manufacturing processes and restructuring shipping, Diamond helped the 36-year-old company  expand its capacity and sales by more than 50 percent.
