We talk about the value of transparency, the challenges of marketing a service and why really understanding consumers’ financial needs is key to growing your retail customer base.
“I think people in general have just been through a lot. They’ve been through a lot of uncertainty, they’ve been through like heaps and loads of change that no one anticipated or knew could even ever happen. And so I think, with a brand or with products that you like and that you continue to go back to, they’re looking at you to be someone they can trust—no more surprises. They just want to live life with the least amount of surprises and the most transparency as possible and ensure that the brands they like and the things they’re engaging with aren’t gonna backfire on them or give them any cause for any additional anxiety. So, that’s really what we try to do is just focus on how do we make this as seamless and transparent as possible so that you can move forward and not have to have an additional worry sitting on your shoulder.”
