According to Gerry Borreggine, president/CEO of Therapedic, retailers gave the brand’s new American Glory mattress collection an enthusiastic reception for its integration of technology, impactful marketing materials and accessible price points.

The all-new American Glory collection features a USB port on each side of the foundation and sports a patriotic look and message that resonates with consumers while also providing retailers a full array of promotional and marketing options.

“The power of the collection’s theme ‘Make America Sleep Great Again’ is that it gives retailers the ability to tie-in with many U.S. holidays and events,” said Borreggine. “From Presidents’ Day to Election Day, American Glory provides year-round promotional opportunities with a great product at a terrific value because it offers marketing P.O.P. materials, digital assets and video clips.”

With strong story of quality and value, the three-model new line offers retail “mattress-only” price points of $799, $999 and $1,199 in queen. Each model – Pride, Independence and Constitution – features the Quantum Perimeter Edge pocket coil unit for durable comfort and support as well as Floating Foam that offers high-performance characteristics of latex and visco foams.

Each model offers a different combination of foam layers designed to provide superior resiliency and ventilation for a rejuvenating sleep experience, and proudly detailed with red handles and blue stars.

“The winning feature of a USB charging port on each side of the foundation was so clear that we are moving forward to make that an upgrade option in many of our flat foundations for the fall market in High Point,” Borreggine said.

“The retail response to American Glory was resoundingly positive.  We had fun with this product release and the dealers seemed to enjoy it, too,” Borreggine added.
