Therapedic International is launching two unique mattress collections at the summer Las Vegas Market. Aimed at offering consumers more modern convenience, the company is spotlighting its new American Glory collection, which features USB ports in each of bed’s foundations.
“We are looking to add excitement and value for retailers to show consumers,” said Gerry Borreggine, CEO of Therapedic. “Having a USB port on each side of the bed is a fresh idea, and something new for retailers to present.”
The American Glory Collection is comprised of three models—Pride, Independence and Constitution. Each mattress features Quantum Perimeter Edge units, which are engineered to provide greater durability, longer comfort life and better support than foam encased beds. The line also touts Floating Foam, a unique high-performance foam with characteristics of both latex and visco. Each model in the collection offers a different combination of foam layers that provide added resiliency and ventilation. The Pride model has over four inches of foam added to the Quantum Edge unit—while the top model, the Constitution, boasts eight inches of foam.
To further articulate the line-up’s theme of national pride, the mattresses sport patriotic colors with red handles and embroidered blue stars. Mattress-only retail price points in queen are $799, $999 and $1,199.
Therapedic will also debut the Therapedic Limited Edition at market. This line also features the Quantum Perimeter Edge pocket coil unit and includes three models—Imperial, Premier and Prestige—with retail price points in queen of $499, $599 and $699.
“We have two exciting, new, limited time only collections to show retailers,” said Borreggine. “We have built a solid merchandising story, and for American Glory, we will show a full complement of marketing and POP materials to accompany the collection.”
