Therapedic Spotlights Three Innovative Collections in High Point

Following a great retailer response at the summer Las Vegas Market, Therapedic International is bringing its new Medicoil HD, EcoGelFLEX beds and its wildly successful Tommy Bahama Home Collection to the fall High Point Market.

Rather than unveiling final product lines that cannot be modified, Therapedic will continue its new sales approach of showcasing “concept” mattresses—allowing its dealers and retail part- ners to provide valuable insights and input to the Medicoil HD and EcoGelFLEX additions.

“We are taking a more collaborative approach to the design and development process,” said Therapedic International President and CEO Gerry Borreggine. “Over the last several months, we have been working making upgrades to some of our best-selling collections. By bringing these concept lines to market we can gauge retailer reaction to the changes we believe will improve sales.”

Retailers in High Point can expect to see the new Medicoil HD “heavy duty” model, made from extra strong materials for added support. The company will also spotlight the new EcoGelFLEX, its first open-stock mattress set designed to help stay cool and work with any adjustable bed base. For the first time in the company’s history, Therapedic will deliver the EcoGelFLEX directly to the consumer, reducing the need for warehouse space and stress on the mattress set.

Therapedic International will also be showcasing its Tommy Bahama Home Collections at market. Featuring conventional innerspring, hybrid and specialty-foam models, Therapedic designed the 10-bed line-up through an exclusive licensing agreement with the island-inspired lifestyle brand. Each model is made with innovative materials sourced in the USA and feature the company’s new non-toxic, eco-friendly “Floating Foam” core for increased airflow and comfort. Divided into three tiers, the collection features three innerspring offerings, three hybrid offerings and two top-of-the-line specialty models. The Tommy Bahama Home mattress names, aesthetic and comfort feel all suggest a relaxed island-inspired sanctuary.
