Stearns & Foster Fuses Technology With Craftsmanship
Tempur Sealy introduced the latest in hybrid and cooling technologies at the Las Vegas Winter Market with the debut of Stearns & Foster’s 2014 collections.
The new Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Hybrid Collection, which includes OUTLAST, headlined, while the company also debuted the new Stearns & Foster Signature™ Collection, Stearns & Foster Estate Collection and Stearns & Foster Lux Estate® Collection. An expanded collection of adjustable bases will also be introduced to support the new Stearns & Foster 2014 collections.
“Building on the amazing success of our Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid offering introduced last year,” Dan Calderwood, Vice President of Stearns & Foster, said, “we’ve leveraged the ‘half foam/half spring mattress’ innovation and infused the Stearns & Foster heritage to create the new Lux Estate Hybrid Collection.”
The top half of the Lux Estate® Hybrid mattress contains PrimaCool™ Elite gel memory foam with OUTLAST Gold material, which provides a cooling sensation to promote a comfortable temperature range for deep, relaxing, restorative sleep. In the bottom half of the Lux Estate Hybrid, the titanium alloy IntelliCoil® innerspring features an outer spring that conforms to and cradles the body, while the firmer inner coil provides essential, deep-down support.
The traditions of Stearns & Foster are also continued in the new Signature™ Collection. This collection includes the cooling technology of OUTLAST material found in the PrimaCool Quilt. The Signature Collection also includes the PrimaVent™ System, which promotes breathability increasing airflow throughout the night.
The new Stearns & Foster Estate Collection also includes OUTLAST® cooling technology in the PrimaCool™ Quilt, but under the foam layers rests the titanium alloy IntelliCoil. These exclusive coils have an outer spring that to conforms to the body, while the inner coil provides deep-down support.
The 2014 Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Collection includes the same innovative cooling and supportive technologies such as the PrimaCool™ Quilt and the IntelliCoil®. This year’s Lux Estate® collection includes intricate hand-tufted panels which increase the longevity of the mattress as it keeps foam layers from shifting.
An expanded collection of adjustable bases will also be introduced to support the new Stearns & Foster 2014 mattress collections and will feature coordinated aesthetics. The new Stearns & Foster UP Foundation provides sleepers an easy entry into basic personalization with head lift adjustability, while the updated Stearns & Foster Reflexion 7 Adjustable Base offers consumers the ultimate in comfort adjustability and lifestyle benefits.
