Based on the recent retailer success of the Sealy Posturepedic Optimum™ gel memory foam line, Sealy®, Inc., the largest bedding manufacturer in the world, is introducing a new Optimum model – a premium pillowtop mattress. The new pillowtop model will offer consumers a new comfort option and will retail at $3799.

Optimum is a mattress unlike any other, thanks to innovations like OptiCool™ gel memory foam fused with OUTLAST® material, which is more effective for removing excess heat during the night. The OptiCool gel memory foam is 12 times more effective than standard memory foam or gel memory foam.
Sealy is currently supporting the new Optimum line with an unprecedented national TV campaign, digital buy and in-store program which launched in May and brings to life the temperature-regulating qualities of the Optimum mattress. Sealy will also be supporting a nationwide Labor Day promotion, which offers consumers a free box spring when they purchase any Optimum mattress.
