Magniflex Introduces Addition to Eco-Friendly GeoEthic Collection at High Point Market
Building on the popularity of its “GeoEthic Collection,” known for its beauty benefits and eco-friendly components, Magniflex has expanded the line with the introduction of the Linen Natursoft Deluxe, featuring the company’s Dual Core Design.
The first Magniflex mattress of its kind, the Linen Natursoft Deluxe includes a layer of foam infused with mallow plant extract known for its soothing and healing qualities. Often found in beauty products, mallow has been used to reduce inflammation and soften skin. The mattress’ layer of mallow extract foam provides an extremely soft and comfortable support surface for the body while calming the mind and promoting an overall sense of wellbeing.
“We design each GeoEthic mattress to offer more than a good night’s sleep – it’s a refuge, a place to rejuvenate. We find that using natural materials provides a great benefit to consumers and is a powerful selling point for retailers. Our mattresses contain everything from soybeans to sea algae and linen to bamboo. Those luxurious and unusual ingredients really set our product apart on the showroom floor. Women appreciate the concept of ‘beauty bedding’ and are willing to invest in their wellbeing,” said Magniflex Global Sales Director Marco Magni.
The flexible composition of The Linen Natursoft Deluxe offers a luxurious ultra-plush feel that envelopes the body for maximum comfort. As its name suggests, this mattress features a removable linen cover to keep the bed cool, fresh and allergen free. Under the cover is the company’s popular Dual Core design, which allows a couple to fully customize their sleep experience by simply flipping the inner cores for a “soft” or “firm” feel.
Beneath the linen ticking is a layer of fiber padding wrapped around the mattress that is anti-allergen and highly breathable to promote airflow. The third layer features the mallow extract, and below that is a layer of EcoGreen soy Memoform designed to be soft and responsive. This layer of soy-based foam features cut channels designed to help consumers find their desired sleep position quickly by balancing orthopedic support and distributing weight evenly. Finally, the 12-inch mattress is completed with a layer of GeoMemory foam that is infused with aloe vera, known for its natural disinfectant and emollient properties.
All GeoEthic mattresses are made with non-toxic, renewable and organic materials and feature a fabric covering with a different renewable fiber sourced from plant or marine life. Magniflex has replaced the largest petroleum-based component found in other visco-elastic memory foams with a natural oil alternative. The results are soy and castor plant oil versions of Memoform, the company’s proprietary eco-friendly memory foam.
Magniflex was the first mattress company to be certified by Oeko-Tex to guarantee absence of allergenic substances harmful to consumers and to the environment. Both the fabrics and the foam in The GeoEthic collection are certified by Oeko-Tex.
