Jamison Bedding is packing a full product portfolio for the High Point Market, showcasing all of its bedding collections including the company’s latest Two-Thirty-Four and Resort Hotel mattress lines.
“Over the past few years one of our key objectives has been to rethink, redesign or reinvent all of our bedding offerings,” noted Ken Hinman, senior vice president of sales and marketing.
Jamison will highlight both its newest Two- Thirty-Four promotional mattress line and its hospitality-inspired Resort Hotel Collection, while showing its English Garden, Vita Pedic, TLC and Gel Comfort mattress collections.
Retailing from $299 to $499, the four-bed Two-Thirty-Four series offers both coil-based and foam-core constructions used with varying combinations and densities of poly foams. The collection includes Eurotop styling at the $499 level and features classic tailored looks in a cream and gray palette. “The main objective of this line is to attract shoppers and move product off retail floors,” Hinman said. “So far, it’s been very successful for those dealers who have placed it.”
Sharing the market spotlight is the premium Hotel Resort Collection, which is modeled after one of the most successful beds in the hotel industry and inspired by Jamison’s four decades of supplying mattresses to hotels and resorts worldwide. Retailing from $999 to $1,599, the Hotel Resort mattresses use a variety of comfort layers that include latex and silk blend polyester to closely replicate the feel that people expect from a high-quality hotel bed, while each model offers a unique sleep solution. The collection includes five models, three hybrid and two all-foam, that all use the company’s exclusive, seven-inch Hotel Resort foam core. The hybrid beds also incorporate a new micro-coil layer.
Jamison’s other distinct collections offer a selection of “exciting, competitive bedding products at virtually all price points, affording something for every retailer and every need,” Hinman noted. An affordable, fabric-encased coil line, English Garden is designed to deliver both body conformance and lift. The line-up uses custom, aloe vera-infused fabrics inspired by classic English Gardens. Vita Pedic is Jamison’s striking Grecian-style, two-sided innerspring collection that features silk-wool blends and fiber layers to manage circulation and sleep temperature. The Talalay Latex, or “TLC”, line is designed with the female consumer in mind. This butterfly-themed series includes a temperature-regulating latex to reduce sleep disturbance. The Gel Comfort, Jamison’s all-foam line promoted by a Captain Cool penguin character, uses an exclusive gel-visco foam as well as the same foam core featured in the Hotel Resort series. A new Arctic model at the top of the line includes a zoned and perforated gel-foam layer with a solid gel midsection that’s also perforated. Jamison’s collections start at a $299 retail (for Two-Thirty-Four line) and top out at a $2,599 price point (for the TLC series).
