Following the recent announcement that Eclipse International is partnering with Talalay Global to produce, market and sell the Pure Talalay Bliss collection, Eclipse International announced that its first licensee for the line will be luxury mattress manufacturer, Paramount Sleep. Paramount will sell the collection in North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia and parts of Virginia
“Paramount is a high-quality producer with significant market share in this part of the country. They will fill an important gap in our marketing of Pure Talalay Bliss,” said Stuart Carlitz, chief executive officer of Eclipse International. “Paramount will be instrumental in growing the brand in this key geographic region.”
“We believe there is a significant opportunity for a luxury Talalay product line in our markets. Pure Talalay Bliss is truly a luxury product offering that will resonate extraordinarily well with our retailers. We are pleased to bring this innovative product to market,” said Richard Diamonstein, managing director of Paramount Sleep.
As part of the agreement, the companies will be featuring the Pure Talalay Bliss brand in Paramount Sleep’s High Point Market showroom located at 330 S. Wrenn St. Incidentally, the Fall Market, Oct. 13-17, marks Eclipse’s return to High Point after a two-year hiatus.
Norfolk, Virginia-based Paramount Sleep, a third-generation, family-owned mattress manufacturer, was founded in 1933. Paramount offers a family of brands including U.K.-based Hypnos.
