Boyd Sleep Debuts Upgraded Hybrid, Memory Foam and Latex Mattresses

Boyd Sleep is showcasing an expanded product portfolio at the Winter Las Vegas Market, including upgrades to its current Broyhill and Boyd Sleep mattress and adjustable base programs along with a new lineup of inflatable guest airbeds.

Boyd Sleep is rounding out the Broyhill Hybrid Platinum line with two new models. Retailing for $999, the 14” Bradford model features a top cover quilted to Air Gel memory foam, a layer of cooling Gellux engineered latex, an additional comfort layer of engineered latex and wrapped coils with foam edge support. The second Broyhill Hybrid offering is set to retail at $1999, and features a Cooling Ice Fiber cover, Gel Fusion memory foam, Gellux engineered latex, wrapped coils and foam-edge support.

In addition to the new Broyhill mattresses, Boyd is also introducing a new 12-inch mattress model under its Innerflex Hybrid line. This new bed is made with a traditionally styled tufted top cover, Airgel memory foam, layers of gel-infused engineered latex and wrapped pocket coils with zoned edge support. Set to retail at $699, this new model is available for UPS shipping.

The company will also showcase new updates to its Illustra Collection. Retailing from $499 to $599, this engineered latex line offers new removeable washable contemporary styled stretch knit zipper covers.

Boyd’s market portfolio also includes a new adjustable, UPS-shippable bed base. Retailing for $699, the Euro styled model offers heavy duty lift capacity powered by an Okin motor, and a wireless hand control that offers head and foot settings. The zero clearance power base can be put on a platform bed with a deck on it, and features leg heights that adjust from three to 10 inches.

“This specially engineered second model is 45% lighter than traditional adjustable bases and is our second entry into a zero-clearance version,” explained Denny Boyd, president of Boyd Sleep.

Finally, Boyd Sleep is also showing six new inflatable guest airbeds at market, as the company expands its reach into Mass Merchant distribution. The company will introduce four inflatable guest bed models under the Broyhill brand. Retailing from $69 to $99, the new Broyhill guest beds feature 10 to 18” profiles, inset pumps and outdoor themed packaging. The company will also present two 18” premium inflatable guest bed models under Thomasville brand, both with recommended retail of $299. The Thomasville 18” models feature Everfirm internal pumps and PolyFusion never-leak fabric technology with a selection of offset coil and tri zone lumbar support. The Everfirm internal pump technology features an automatic pump with hand control that maintains selected support and comfort throughout the night with automatic inflation and deflation triggered by pressure sensors. PolyFusion advanced air tight technology creates a puncture resistant barrier by fusing fabric to vinyl side panels to prevent loss of support due to stretch and ensure the bed remains firm and supportive throughout the night.
