Organic mattress manufacturer OMI, an industry advocate for healthy sleep, will make a significant investment in a branded public education program designed to increase consumer awareness of certified-organic sleep products. The program is set to launch in the first quarter of 2020.
The announcement of the new program came on the heels of the company informing its retail partners that it would re-deploy resources from its Las Vegas Market showroom to other sales and marketing programs, to increase awareness of the OMI brand and organic sleep. OMI had been a permanent exhibitor at its World Market Center showroom for nearly a decade.
“We are grateful to World Market Center for their support over the years and the excellent location we have enjoyed for a decade. The marketplace is dramatically shifting, and our priorities needed to be re-aligned accordingly, to drive demand to our partner’s stores” said Jeff Bader, chief executive officer of OMI.
The change also brings more opportunities for the company’s long-standing showroom at its Northern California headquarters where retail partners and customers can experience OMI’s complete product range and tour the OMI Eco-Factory.
