MLILY Unveils Revamped Showroom

Mattress manufacturer MLILY USA is unveiling its revamped High Point Market showroom in time for the spring High Point Market taking place April 2-6. The showroom, located at 1-542 in Plaza Suites, has been re-designed to emphasize the company’s innovative silicone edge graphics (SEG) point-of-purchase (POP) program, which is being introduced for the first time this market.

The re-design includes freshly painted walls that reflect the company’s branded color scheme, a new and more efficient floor layout, strategically placed light boxes and signage, a pillow and mattress protector display, an array of adjustable bases and 12 different beds that feature SEG headboards. The POP headboards include high resolution graphics printed onto fabrics that are finished with a thin silicone strip sewn to the graphic edge. They are designed to be pressed into a frame, which creates a continuous look and makes them easily changeable so retailers can switch beds on the retail floor without having to replace the headboards.

“We’ve created a presentation for the showroom that illustrates how simple changes, and a new layout, can energize a space and create a new focus to capture consumers’ attention,” said Glenn Kobylarczyk, executive vice president of MLILY USA. “There is an immediate need for retailers to bring consumers back into their physical store location and while the redesign functions well for our showroom space it also translates well for the retail space. The new layout and SEG headboards are designed to attract, engage and inform shoppers. It defines the bedding gallery and creates a vertical branding opportunity for the mattress showroom within the retail store.”

According to Kobylarczyk, the new SEG headboards are part of a larger POP program the brand will introduce later this year.

For this market, MLILY will spotlight some of its most popular and best-selling products that are in stock and ready to ship. The collections include: PowerCool, the fan-cooled line of mattresses; Fusion Luxe and Fusion Supreme hybrid models, with cooling foams and pocketed coils; and the Harmony Chill mattress, with phase-changing material that absorbs and releases body heat throughout the night. Other models being showcased include Wellflex, Dreamer and Essentials.

MLILY USA maintains a strong in-stock position to support quick delivery. The company’s five domestic warehouses are strategically located across the country and are all fully stocked to accommodate the growing needs of its customers. In addition, the company’s Glendale, Arizona plant is adding 684,000 square feet in a second phase of construction this year that will provide additional warehouse space.
