Vispring Appoints Three Sales Executives to Facilitate Growth in North America

Vispring announced the appointment of three new executive hires who will be influential in the growth of their North American business: Scott Hollis, Valerie Stranix and Ryan Ingerson. All three will collectively contribute over 50 years of sales and bedding industry experience to the North American Vispring team.

These appointments are instrumental to Visprings’ growth in three key targeted regions: the Northeast, West Coast and Canada. Currently, Vispring operates with some 500 retailers in 35 countries.

Scott Hollis[7] Scott Hollis, the newly appointed Regional Account Manager for the West Coast, joins Vispring with 18 years of sales and bedding industry experience. Hollis has worked on the wholesale and retail side of the mattress business and most recently led enormous sales growth at Serta Mattress.  At Serta, Hollis was responsible for remarkable sales success of $1.2MM to $8.5MM. He has also been recognized for the prestigious President's Club award consistently, year over year. Prior to Serta, Hollis managed a territory in North Carolina for Spring Air where he maintained double digit growth.

Valerie Stranix, the newly appointed Director of Sales and Distribution for E.S.Kluft & ViSpring Canada, brings 20+ years of bedding industry experience to Vispring. She will be responsible for leading the expansion of the E.S. Kluft & Co. and Vispring brands within the Canadian Market. Stranix previously worked as the Vice President of Sales for Spring Air Mattress Company in Canada where she was instrumental in the acquisition of Consolidate Bedding, and Natura World at which she successfully integrated into what is now called the Sommex Bedding Corporation. Revitalizing the brand and expanding distribution across North America are merely two of her most recent and notable achievements.

Ryan Ingerson[8]Ryan Ingerson, the newly appointed Regional Account Manager for the Northeast, brings six years of sales training, coaching and bedding industry experience to Vispring. Ingerson launched his sales career in the bedding industry as the New England Sales representative for Tempurpedic and was soon after recruited by Serta to manage their Southern New England territory. At Serta, Ingerson received several promotions to include the most recent one as National Account Manager with responsibilities for managing top ten accounts. Ingerson is also noted for his expertise in merchandising, business development and negotiating skills.

“This is a very exciting time at Vispring as we plan to expand our North American business," said Hugh Landes, Vice President of Sales, Vispring North America. "With these three new experienced team members we are in a strategic position for growth.”
