Spring Air International has appointed Brian Lundstrom to the newly created position of customer experience specialist, announced company president Nick Bates.
The appointment of Lundstrom, who will report to Bates, is part of a multi-pronged 2017 strategy to drive Spring Air’s digital marketing and e-commerce efforts, to expand communications with consumers and enhance relationships with national accounts.
As customer experience specialist, Lundstrom will be responsible for streamlining and maintaining order entry processes and fulfillment procedures with national retailers. He is also charged with handling customer issues, order cancellations and working with Spring Air factories on product returns.
“Brian’s experience in accounts payable and in data tracking and reporting across a spectrum of business functions makes him a perfect fit for this new post,” Bates said. “We’re very excited about all of the skills and services he’ll bring to Spring Air, our retail customers and factory partners.”
Before joining Spring Air, Lundstrom worked for Essex Newbury North Contracting Corp./Excell Construction Corp., based in Newburyport, where he was promoted from account facilitator to accounts payable manager. He also worked for an Audi dealership in Peabody where he tracked and maintained data on customer prospects, car titles and customer payments, among other stats.
Lundstrom is a 2013 graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration, focused on accounting and finance.
