Organic Mattresses, Inc. (OMI), has hired industry veteran, Alice Dixon, as its new Customer Service Director. Dixon brings over 15 years of sales and customer service experience to the company.
Prior to joining OMI, Dixon worked at Sommex Bedding Group headquarters in Toronto, where she oversaw customer service, sales and accounts receivable. Dixon has six years experience in the organic mattress industry starting as a customer service manager with Natura World Inc. where she worked since 2008. She started her career in 1998 working in customer service and sales.
