Reverie Amps Up Talent During Pandemic

Over the course of a year in which the bedding industry faced pandemic-related challenges and supply chain disruption, Reverie has enriched its Customer Service, Operations and Quality Management offerings by investing in deeply experienced talent. During the past year, these team members have implemented significant changes to support Reverie’s operations and service backbone.

New Team Members:

Erik Elie joined the team as Reverie’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and reporting to CEO and co-founder Martin Rawls-Meehan. He brings nearly 25 years of executive operations, supply chain and purchasing experience from multi-billion-dollar automotive companies such as Lear.  With a deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics, he has guided Reverie through COVID adaptations. Elie has also driven Reverie’s expansion of power base production at its joint venture in Vietnam over the last 18 months.

Paul Kulniszewski, Director of Quality and Manufacturing, brings to Reverie 20 years of experience in dynamic manufacturing environments. Paul has introduced new technology and processes to Reverie’s quality management system across manufacturing and warehouse locations to ensure we realize our zero-defect goals.

Margaret Satoh, Director of Service and Warranty, has over 35 years of experience running service centers large and small across multiple industries including telecommunications, manufacturing and not-for-profit. Under Margaret’s leadership, the service center has grown in staff, adopted new VOIP technology and is ensuring process excellence.

Reverie veteran Patti Ark returned to the team as Director of Customer Experience. In her role, she is driving an organization-wide focus on customer experience across all departments. Patti brings nearly 40 years of experience in the power base industry to her role.

“This talented team reflects all of our core values and then some,” said Reverie CEO Martin Rawls-Meehan. “Investing in them has ensured that Reverie not only hits our pre-Covid goals but is ready to exceed far beyond them.”
