Pure LatexBLISS recently received the “Circle of Excellence” award from the Incentive Marketing Association. The award recognizes the company’s outstanding work on the Learn & Earn program, an online training and awards portal designed to encourage retail sales associates (RSAs) to “live latex.”
Recipients of the Circle of Excellence award are chosen based on overall program creativity, ease of execution and breadth of results. Knowing that RSAs better sell products they fully understand, Pure LatexBLISS designed a creative platform that delivers online training opportunities directly to their sales team paired with an incentive program to encourage and sustain participation.
“Since we first launched the Learn and Earn program, we’ve seen nearly 70% of retailers watching our online training videos and responding questions. Learn and Earn, designed in collaboration with Atlanta-based Incentive Team, is an online training portal featuring a series of short videos that works to educate RSAs on Pure LatexBLISS key messaging and branding, along with the product benefits of latex. After completing a quiz on the content covered in the presentation, RSAs collect points which are deposited into members’ accounts that can be redeemed for prizes, including cruises, electronics and jewelry in the Pure LatexBLISS awards mall.
