Paramount Sleep has announced two personnel changes, hiring Kimberly Nickerson as customer service manager and promoting Melissa Bassham to director of marketing.
As head of the customer service department, Nickerson reports directly to Paramount Sleep President Richard Fleck and is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive customer service program with high satisfaction rates. Nickerson develops and deploys customer service systems, supervises two customer service representatives and liaises between customers and Paramount Sleep operations, delivery and sales departments.
“Kimberly has a track record of providing excellent customer service and she brings to Paramount that special can-do attitude that we expect of all our employees,” said Fleck.
Bassham, who also reports directly to Richard Fleck, has been with Paramount Sleep since November 2010, starting out as a marketing representative before being promoted to marketing and visual merchandising manager. In her new role she will drive the strategy and future planning of the marketing department, expand the company’s social media presence, and lead the merchandising process.
