According to the International Sleep Products Association (ISPA), the dollar value of US mattress shipments jumped 14.4% in November.
ISPA reported these results in their November Bedding Barometer report. The report monitors and reflects the performance of 18 large bedding producers where the average unit price was up 11.5% to $217.36 in November.
The first 11 months of 2011, ISPA reports that bedding unit sales were up 1.6% while the dollar value of bedding shipments was up 9.1%.
