Malouf recently announced that its HQ software system received a bronze Stevie Award for the Best Use of Technology in Sales category in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. Developed in-house by Malouf’s software engineering team, HQ is used by Malouf employees and retail partners to foster company growth and innovation.

Malouf first created HQ in 2016 as an easier way to centralize data. Today, HQ is a wide-ranging system equipped to handle order fulfillment, warehouse management, inventory management, customer relationship management, and company and HR management.
