Malouf Home recently released a video tour of its Logan, Utah headquarters that gives viewers an overview of the company’s in-house capabilities, including product development, supply chain, visual merchandising and customer experience.
“When working with our retail partners, we like to take them behind the scenes at our headquarters, but with pandemic restrictions, many of our partners haven’t had the chance to visit and tour our building expansion,” said Scott Carr, marketing director for Malouf. “With this video, we’re showing retailers what we’ve been up to recently and how we continue to adapt to their needs in a fast-paced market.”
The video tour was produced by Malouf’s video department in collaboration with its messaging and graphic design teams. Their goal was to capture the values of Malouf, a Certified B Corporation, while highlighting the resources offered to its retail partners. Another goal was to emphasize the role that retailers play in the company’s charitable efforts through the Malouf Foundation.
“Our creative teams continue to push the envelope in terms of innovation, and this project is the perfect example,” shared Brian Bird, creative director for Malouf. “We wanted the video to engage viewers and to feel different from the average virtual tour, so we utilized our in-house technology and even integrated some new filming techniques. We hope that when people watch the tour, they will have a better sense of who we are and what sets us apart from other brands.”
