Malouf recently restructured its sales team to support the company’s rapid growth and better serve its existing clientele. Through this process, Malouf expanded its Specialty Retail Account Support Team, divided territories in the West and Southeast Districts and created a new national account manager position.
“As Malouf continues to grow, we need to make internal adjustments to support our retail partners effectively,” said VP of Sales Mike Douglas. “We want to make sure they’re taken care of and have everything they need to be successful.”
Kolett Lewis was promoted to team lead for Specialty Retail Account Support. As part of her new responsibilities, Lewis will oversee the onboarding process, manage customer communications, and resolve customer concerns.
Malouf also divided territories in the West and Southeast Districts. New territory managers include Matt Adams over California, Chance Pebley over the Pacific Northwest region and Mike Smith over the Southeast region. Each manager is responsible for consulting with retailers on product customization and merchandising solutions to help them maximize sales. In addition, they help manage field sales representatives within their territories.
Landon Bartholomew was also appointed as a new national account manager and will assist clients with business operations such as product planning, product training and order processing.
“We’ve received positive feedback about these individuals in their roles as account managers, and we’re excited to see them step up in their new positions,” said Eric Holmstead, national sales manager for Malouf. “Their experience and commitment to customer satisfaction will be a huge asset in maintaining and strengthening our partnerships.”
The Malouf sales department consists of over 40 in-house team members and 60 outside field representatives that manage more than 5,000 retail partnerships across North America, South America, Asia, Europe and Australia.
