Latexco US recently hired two seasoned sales professionals as the company writes a new chapter in its story as a one-stop resource to the bedding industry.
In their new roles as Account Managers, Scott Charest and Tina Hart bring more than 40 years combined experience to the Latexco US sales team as the company prepares for expansion and a push for strong growth as the only U.S. producer of both latex and polyurethane foam in one facility. Both will report to Brent Limer, Chief Sales Officer for Latexco US.
“The experience and individual skill sets that Tina and Scott bring to their roles are valuable assets to Latexco and our customers,” said Limer. “Their expertise represents each step of our business from procurement of raw materials and manufacturing through quality control and sales.”
Joining Latexco, Charest represents two leaders in their respective industries, CT Naussau and Milliken FR Products. Prior to that, he contributed to the exponential growth at DesleeClama North America as their sales representative in the Northeast. He has hands-on knowledge of the entire manufacturing process based on 21 years as owner and operator of a metal finishing company that served customers in aerospace, automotive, defense and textile machinery.
An industry veteran of 17 years, Hart most recently served as Director of Sales, Central for Talalay Global in the components segment. Before that she was at Sealy where she started in the mattress industry as a retail sales specialist and progressed to the role of North American Sales Manager, launching the U.S.-based Sapsa Latex facility in 2007.
