Latexco Group CEO Lieven Vandendriessche will oversee all Latexco US activities and focus on continuing to build an international organization and strengthening the company’s position in the U.S. market through strong collaboration and group cohesiveness with Belgium headquarters.
Ben Ducatteeuw, who had been U.S. division CEO since 2016, has left the company to pursue other opportunities. The Latexco Group Board of Directors thanked Ducatteeuw for his dedication in establishing the Latexco US business and leading expansions at both the Georgia and Arizona facilities.
To ensure continued excellence in production, Latexco US appointed Michiel Jansen as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he was Senior Project Manager of Operations. Jansen has an extensive background in operations, lean manufacturing, supply chain and project management. He will lead the production supervisors and functional managers to implement initiatives for continuous improvements and establishing Latexco US as an agile and reliable supplier to the bedding industry.

Vandendriessche joined Latexco Group as CEO in 2019. Prior to that he served as Division Managing Director for Balta Group and General Manager Europe at BekaertDeslee. His career spans more than 25 years in management roles for industrial companies.
