Former Latex International CEO Sentenced

Latex International President and Chief Executive Officer Dave Fisher issued the following statement regarding the sentencing of the company’s former Chief Executive Officer Kevin Coleman.

“Instead of securing the futures of our customers, employees and shareholders as he should, Coleman recklessly and selfishly bought himself gifts, went on bogus junkets having nothing to do with our business, and pillaged the company of millions of dollars. As a result of his actions, it has taken the new management team a significant amount of time and effort to turn the company around and restore its financial health,” said Fisher.

“Coleman’s sentencing, coming on the heels of his co-conspirator receiving a 4 year prison sentence for her actions, closes this unfortunate chapter in our company’s otherwise long and successful heritage. We believe justice has been done and as I have said repeatedly, I am grateful to the U.S. Attorney, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Internal Revenue Service for all their assistance throughout this process,” he added.
