International public relations firm, Steinreich Communications Group, Inc. recently appointed Heather Carter, the former chief editor of TILE Magazine to the role of content manager.
In her new role, Carter will be in charge of creating narratives for the firm’s home furnishings clients. She will also mentor junior staff on writing and strategic trade media placement.
Carter’s Professional History
Prior to joining Steinreich Communications, Carter served as chief editor at TILE, one of the leading trade publications in the flooring industry, where she steadily rose through the ranks over an eight-year period. As a multi-platform journalist, she has worked with print, digital, social media, video and podcasts. Earlier in her career, she worked for a weekly newspaper chain in Princeton, where she was associate editor.

Carter received her bachelor’s degree from Rider University, where she majored in journalism.
