New Floors, Fresh Resources & Trend Forecasts On Tap For 10th Anniversary

The eagerly-anticipated Summer 2015 Las Vegas Market, which opens this Sunday, August 2, will be the biggest, best and most exciting in the Market’s 10 year history. The summer market will feature more than 2,200 resources across 40 floors; five new destination launches offering new and expanded product categories; and a forward-looking FIRST LOOK trend presentation, offering directional insights.  Summer 2015 Las Vegas Market runs Sunday, August 2, through Thursday, August 6, 2015.

“In just 10 short years, Las Vegas Market has delivered on its promise to create the leading furniture, home decor and gift destination in the western United States,” said Robert Maricich, chief executive officer of International Market Centers. “Las Vegas Market has experienced explosive growth and continues its electrifying evolution: what started as a furniture market has been transformed into the only major home furnishings market in the West, the fastest-growing gift and home décor market in the U.S., and the only national bedding market in the country. The energy and enthusiasm continues unabated at Summer Market, with major showroom expansions by leading vendors, large numbers of new-to-market resources opening showrooms, and record numbers of temporary exhibitors. We have made great progress in becoming the only ‘whole home and gift’ market in North America, and even though it has been a remarkable 10 years, our best days are certainly ahead.”

Summer Las Vegas Market boasts an unprecedented number of furniture, gift and home décor resources – encompassing three permanent showroom buildings and a new dedicated location for temporary exhibitors – with more than 5 million square feet of exhibition space.
