Englander Sleep Products has signed a license agreement with Slumberzone New Zealand Ltd. to manufacture and market Englander-brand sleep products throughout its home country, announced company president and CEO Kevin Toman.
Slumberzone, a family-owned business founded by Director Ranjay Sikka in 2005, maintains a 50,000-square-foot factory in Auckland (home to 31 percent of the country's population) that makes and sells premium innerspring, hybrid and specialty beds to all distribution channels across New Zealand. Along with its own lines of quality mattresses, Slumberzone plans to make a full complement of Englander-branded products.
“We’re very excited to have teamed with Ranjay because of his company’s superior quality standards and its affiliation with highly respected retailers,” Toman said. “We’re also pleased with our ongoing global expansion. Our new agreement with Slumberzone completes the licensing partnerships we sought in the Pacific Rim region.”
Commenting on his company’s new relationship with Englander, Sikka said he looked forward to continuing to offer “the best sleep solutions to our customers through superior technologies, high quality and excellent service.”
