Ken Mullinax has joined Englander Northwest as vice president of sales and marketing, announced Kevin Toman, president and CEO of Englander Sleep Products.
In his new post, Mullinax, who has spent 37 years in the bedding and home furnishings industries at both the retail and wholesale levels, will report to John Hagglund, president of Englander Northwest.
Before joining the Englander organization, Mullinax was the owner of 24 sleep shops across Washington and Idaho, which were sold to Sleep Train USA in late 2011.
Before that, Mullinax worked for Serta from 1991 to 2000 as vice president of sales and marketing, and later as company regional vice president for the western U.S. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president of sales for the former Spring Air Company and as a furniture buyer for JC Penney.
