The Flex Group of Spain, the entity that owns E.S. Kluft & Co and Vispring Ltd., has hired Valerie Stranix as the sales and distribution lead for the Canadian marketplace for the the group's three luxury brands: Kluft, Vispring and Aireloom. In this newly created position, Stranix will report to E.S. Kluft & Company’s CEO David Binke and will coordinate Vispring efforts with Hugh Landes, vice president of North American operations.
Stranix started her career in the bedding industry nearly 20 years ago. In the late 90’s she was the sales and marketing leader for Spring Air Canada. She then acted as a principal and active shareholder for Spring Air Sommex Corporation, after acquiring the Canadian division from its U.S. parent company (Consolidated Bedding Inc., CBI). In 2012, Stranix and her peers acquired the assets of Natura World and integrated the brand into its portfolio.
