Sfeir has more than 20 years experience of senior level brand building experience at major advertising agencies, as well as being widely credited with the successful launch of the Tempur-Pedic brand in the United States.

Most recently, Sfeir has been a branding and marketing consultant to several large corporations. Prior to that position he was senior vice president of marketing for Tempur-Pedic worldwide as well as president of Tempur-Pedic Direct Response Inc., the subsidiary of the company responsible for direct marketing, sales and advertising.

His in-depth familiarity with television, radio, print, direct mail, digital and web technologies helped create programs that led to Tempur-Pedic’s enormous direct response growth and the worldwide brand recognition the company enjoys today.

Sfeir began his career in 1989, working at marketing firms such as BMG Direct Marketing, NextStep Marketing and Ogilvy & Mather Direct. He later served as a key marketing and advertising executive at companies such as NordicTrack, Jostens-Direct and Select Comfort. Over the course of his career, Sfeir has provided consulting services to various companies in a number of industries ranging from sports and memorabilia, cosmetics, health and fitness and food services. Sfeir’s broad experience has made him a sought after speaker, seminar leader and panellist.
