Dormeo N.A has launched a new website which will offer greater interactivity, richer images, videos and product information designed to better educate and inform consumers so that when they walk into a dealer carrying Dormeo, they will be prepared to make a purchase.
“What we have learned from talking to our dealers and consumers is that our technology is so unique, that we needed a new approach to educating the consumer so that by the time they come into the showroom, they are already knowledgeable about our products. For many consumers, they will first see our commercials and from that spot be directed to a dealer or our website. We wanted the website to be a stronger tool in our marketing arsenal,” said Dormeo Chief Marketing Officer Dany Sfeir
The site features tabs that will list the full range of products and price points in its lineup. The “Sleep Technology” tab includes an interview with the creator of the Octaspring, Willy Poppe, and demonstrations explaining how the revolutionary Octaspring technology blends the benefits of coil and memory foam to offer consumers the best of both components. The “Sleep Talk” tab allows visitors to connect with Dormeo via its social media outlets. The new website is easily adaptable to all mobile devices by utilizing a strategic, responsive design.
“The launch is an integral part of our new program for 2014,” Sfeir explained. “In addition to our DRTV and print efforts, we are focusing on increasing brand awareness through digital and social means this year and having an easy to use and stylish website is an important step in this process. We have also made the purchasing process complete and easy so that along with the new features the site will propel our direct-to-consumer business forward as well.”
The new site also includes informative video testimonials from actual consumers, a video of the month section where Dormeo execs will feature various videos from themed to fun or videos highlighting the benefits of the mattresses or a video offering important sleep and mattress shopping tips for visitors to keep in mind. It also features an up-to-date dealer location section to connect customers directly to its dealers.
