Carolina Mattress Guild Names Scott Piper General Manager

Carolina Mattress Guild Scott PiperBedding industry veteran Scott Piper has been named the General Manager of Carolina Mattress Guild. In this newly created position, Piper’s responsibilities will include the creation and implementation of new corporate initiatives and strategies, including procurement, assembly, service support and general manufacturing projects. He will report directly to Carolina Mattress Guild CEO, Neal Grigg.

Prior to joining Carolina Mattress Guild, Piper spent 26 years at Sealy in a variety of roles ranging from Director of Marketing for Specialty Bedding to Vice President of Product Merchandising to, most recently, Vice President of New Product Development.

“I believe Scott’s combination of broad experience, passion for the mattress business and drive to succeed will help us build upon our current growth and direction,” stated Neal Grigg.
