Blu Sleep Expands Its Team With Two New Hires

Two people shaking hands on business event.

Blu Sleep is making key strategic growth by focusing on team expansion. The company has added Stefanie Raccuglia to its business development/sales support team and Eric Johnston as the supply chain and traffic specialist.

“We are growing our team to further benefit our customers.  The key is to continue providing the best service our customers expect from us,” says Elizabeth Dell’Accio, President.”

Stefanie Raccuglia

Stefanie Raccuglia joins the Blu Sleep team in a new business development/sales support role. In this position, she will be help tie together all of the company’s different departments with the goal of further expanding its ever-growing sales and brand awareness. Raccuglia will be tasked with helping to affect change and promote growth across departments by building important relationships. Whether networking with prospective partners and potential customers, connecting with clients, colleagues or generating leads, she will be an integral part of the sales team. She will investigate channel expansion in the next phase as Blu Sleep keeps growing its OEM business. Raccuglia will also have input in the company’s marketing efforts, helping to develop campaigns that solidify the company’s target audience and reach new customers and markets.

Eric Johnston

Eric Johnston comes to Blu Sleep with over a 25 years of experience in traffic, shipping, warehouse management. As the company’s supply chain and traffic specialist, his main role will be to develop and monitor the company’s supply chain strategy, improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring a high-quality service that is synonymous with Blu Sleep. Johnston will be reviewing and creating the company’s supply chain strategy, analyzing data from shipping and delivery processes to make sure things run smoothly as Blu Sleep continues to grow. A key element will be the need to stay on top of inventory levels as freight has become an inexact science these days.

Both these key roles will be reporting to Marc de Grave, executive vice president of Blu Sleep. “The Blu Sleep Team is pleased to have added these two key players to the roster as they will help Blu Sleep reach the next level in its continued global growth,” said de Grave. “The fact that both come from outside the industry, clearly demonstrates Blu’s wish to think outside the box but this will also help us as we look to continuously improving our go to market strategy.”
