Luxury mattress manufacturer, E.S. Kluft & Company’s Aireloom, has been named the “Most Impactful Vendor” for 2018 by San Diego-based retailer Jerome’s Furniture. The company was cited for the performance of its Aireloom brand, which has been a staple of Jerome’s mattress lineup for nearly a decade.
The two Southern California companies have been long-time partners in providing consumers a premium sleep experience with Aireloom’s handmade, California designs.
During Jerome’s annual “Best in the Business” conference that was attended by about 500 employees and invited vendors, the retailer praised the sales training, marketing support, sales, profitability, high consumer satisfaction and low return rate of Aireloom. Jerome’s executives also cited the enthusiasm and frequency of store calls by Richard Ho, the E.S. Kluft regional account manager who oversees the Jerome’s account.
“The quality and quantity of support we get from our partners at Aireloom is outstanding, and Ricky Ho’s amazing sales training program and his total commitment to customer service is unmatched,” said Ali Tommalieh, senior vice president at Jerome’s. “Aireloom has helped us increase our average bedding ticket, and we expect that trend to continue for many years to come.”
“Jerome’s is a wonderful retail partner and we are grateful for this recognition, which acknowledges the mutual commitment we have to working together to contribute to the success of the mattress department,” said Dominick Azevedo, executive vice president of sales and marketing for E.S. Kluft.
