Malouf recently released a series of instructional videos that teach consumers how to properly service their Structures adjustable bed base. The videos can be viewed 24/7 on the Malouf YouTube channel.
“Our adjustable bases set the standard for the industry,” said Mike Douglas, vice president of sales for Malouf. “Not only do we offer these premium bases, but we lead the industry in customer service and support by providing valuable resources for each base.”
Visitors can access these new videos by selecting the Malouf Service playlist on the company’s YouTube channel. From here, they can select a video based on topic. For example, they can learn how to pair a remote with their adjustable base or how to access the lowering button on their base. Once consumers select a video, the Malouf customer service team walks them through a series of steps for a quick and easy experience.
In addition, Malouf created instructional videos on how to replace the motor, control box, massage motor, and USB hub on specific adjustable bases. “With a defect rate of less than 1 percent, we confidently stand behind the quality of each base,” Douglas said. “We stay ahead of the problem, so when those minor setbacks happen, we already have a solution in place.”
Malouf offers an extensive selection of adjustable bed bases—designed for optimal comfort and support. From the entry-level N150 to the feature-heavy S750, each adjustable base is constructed using advanced technology and innovative design.
