In order to support the company’s rapid growth, Malouf recently announced plans to expand company headquarters by more than 100,000 square feet. The expansion addresses a strong demand for more open office space and is meant to improve employee efficiency and productivity.
“After hiring 122 employees across all departments at our headquarters last year, it became obvious that we would need more space to accommodate growth as we continue to expand our vertical integration capabilities,” said Sam Malouf, founder and CEO of Malouf.
The Malouf headquarters expansion will add 105,146 square feet, bringing the total to 159,302 square feet—tripling office space. The two-story expansion will house the company’s new 23,000 square-foot showroom where existing and future clients can experience Malouf products first-hand—along with its comprehensive private label offering.
“The updated showroom will be a resource center where our partners and team members can interact with our full range of products,” Malouf said. “As a result, customers will see a whole new level of service and expertise.”
Other exciting additions include dedicated workspaces for the Malouf videography and photography teams—featuring expanded lifestyle sets, a natural light studio, cyclorama, sound booth, workshops, green rooms and makeup rooms.

Office construction began September 2018 with an estimated completion date of Fall 2019. The final floorplan will accommodate up to 388 employee workspaces.
