To further streamline the ordering process through the Wholesale Resource Center (WRC), Malouf software developers used insights from customer feedback. An updated Quick Order option allows retailers to simplify each product selection by keying in the SKUs in their order with a refreshed user interface.
The new feature in the Quick Order process also includes an “Import” tool, which reads different file types (including PDF, CSV, and HTML) to create online orders and increase accuracy and efficiency—for Malouf and its retail partners. Orders on the WRC are accompanied by easy payment options and order tracking.
“We know that time is money, so we wanted to make the process simple and quick,” said Eric Holmstead, national sales manager. “This Quick Order option will allow partners who have automated point of sale systems to export their orders directly to the WRC, which also opens up all the possibilities of the marketing and training resources we offer there.”
Marketing Director Scott Carr added, “It also allows our partners who traditionally email or call in orders to have more direct control over orders and tracking. This new process will save time and allow them to duplicate regular orders in the future. We are always looking for ways to make our partner’s lives easier, and we are excited to launch this new and improved tool.”
In addition to simplified ordering on the WRC, Malouf hosts marketing materials for different needs, including print files for in-store use and digital assets for social media and websites. Training materials, from features and benefits to product-specific or category-specific training videos, are available. There are also e-books that explore relevant topics in-depth: online reviews, social media, and e-commerce.
