Glideaway Expands ‘Revolution Tech’ Pillow Lineup
Specialty sleep manufacturer Glideaway Sleep Products has expanded its Revolution Tech Pillow Collection with a pillow that features ultra-fine silver crystals that protect against bacteria and odor. Quest, a fiber-filled pillow, joins Glideaway’s extensive pillow assortment, priced to retail from $49 to $99.
Quest, with its comfort curve cut out designed to conform to the contours of the neck and shoulder, incorporates Silpure, a fabric treatment that releases silver ions at a controlled rate to inhibit bacterial growth. In addition to the infusion of Silpure, the pillow is covered in Glideaway’s Ice Touch Fabric, a cool-to-the-touch, quilted fabric that delivers temperature regulation throughout the night.
“Our new Quest provides a cool, clean and odor-free place for consumers to rest their heads,” said Dan Baker, executive vice president of sales for Glideway. “The unique materials we’ve used in creating this pillow delivers an unbelievably cool experience, that, oh by the way, also prevent the growth of bacteria. It’s a great sleep solution and rounds out our selection of pillows.”
The comfort layers within the pillow include Comfort Down-Alternative Fiber, a high-density, hypo-allergenic material designed to cradle and relieve pressure. Quest offers a medium firm support and falls in the center of Glideaway’s pillow offerings.
