“We’re very excited about the skill set Taylor is bringing to Spring Air, our retail customers and factory partners. Our business is growing, and we’re in the midst of bringing on new licensees more strategically aligned with our focus. That, coupled with our recent rollout with Mattress Firm, requires us to have a best-in-class team to exceed our partners’ expectations,” Bates said.

Lahiff has spent most of her professional career in the education sector, most recently as an executive with EDCO, a Bedford, Massachusetts, collaborative overseen by 16 Boston-area school districts that provides a range of services for educators, students with disabilities, at-risk students, and the like.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Sodexo, the company that operates dining hall services at Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

A resident of Waltham, Massachusetts, Lahiff is a graduate of Bridgewater State, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in history and special education.
