Simmons Bedding Company is heading to the spring High Point Market with its the new entry-level BeautySleep line. The company will introduce the new collection in addition to showcasing the record number of mattress line-ups first introduced at the winter Las Vegas Market as part of the company’s Beautyrest brand unification.
Simmons is putting its marketing and product development power behind its flagship Beautyrest brand. The Beautyrest offering now comprises more than 70 percent of the company’s product portfolio—with new Recharge innerspring, memory foam and hybrid lines aligned under the brand. At the winter Las Vegas Market, Simmons introduced four new Beautyrest Recharge lines, which have begun rolling out in retail stores and will be widely available by April 2015.
At the upcoming spring High Point market, Simmons will introduce the new BeautySleep line, which provides customers with unmatched comfort, support and value at entry-level price points. Select models in the collection feature Simmon’s advanced GelTouch Foam and AirCool Memory Foam, for superior comfort and freedom of movement. The BeautySleep line-up provides retailers with attractive mattresses made from high-quality materials that retail at a velocity price-point. The collection’s seven models offer multiple feel choices—and all of them offer Simmons’ ten-year limited warranty.
At the winter Las Vegas Market, Simmons debuted four new lines under the Beautyrest Recharge banner—which the company will be highlighting again at the spring High Point Market. These new collections promise more value at every level with exclusive technologies and unmatched feels.
An upgrade of the popular classic at an affordable price point, the new Beautyrest Recharge and Recharge Ultra feature Legendary Pocketed Coil technology to provide conforming back support and motion separation for undisturbed sleep. Comfort comes thanks to layers of premium GelTouch and AirCool foams, which promote freedom of movement and pressure relief, as well as exceptional surface contouring and conformability. Recharge Ultra models contain a layer of AirCool Memory Foam designed for comfort, pressure relief and temperature management. The line’s 13 models are priced from $699–$1,299.
The newly redesigned Beautyrest Recharge World Class combines the conforming support of Beautyrest Pocketed Coil technology with the comfort of GelTouch and AirCool Gel Memory Foam and temperature management of the new SurfaceCool Plus Fiber. This unique fiber layer is designed to dissipate heat away from the surface to help the sleeper maintain an ideal sleep temperature and experience a superior night’s sleep. The line’s 10 models are priced from $1,399–$1,999.
Beautyrest Recharge Hybrid is a next generation mattress that combines the best of both worlds—Beautyrest Pocketed Coil technology with AirCool Gel Memory Foam—to deliver the support consumers need and the comfort they want. To promote advanced temperature regulation, Simmons incorporated the innovative, new AirCool Max Memory Foam, which uses conductive properties of Simmons’ proprietary Micro-Diamond Technology to help move heat away from the body. The combination of the conforming back support of Beautyrest Pocketed Coil paired with the comfort, pressure relief and temperature management of AirCool Memory Foam technologies offers consumers an unparalleled energizing sleep. The line’s six models are priced from $1,399–$2,499.
Beautyrest Recharge Memory Foam Plus combines exclusive new technologies for advanced conforming support, comfort and temperature management. Unlike most memory foam mattresses, this line offers a Dual Support System, topping its base support foam with the new Beautyrest Engineered Gel Support Layer. Made with over 700 responsive sculpted cushions, the Engineered Gel Support Layer independently conforms to the body’s shape and movement for personalized support. This layer combines with the temperature managing, conductive properties of AirCool Max Memory Foam to help provide restful, restorative sleep. The line’s five models are priced from $1,399–$2,499.
The lines’ aesthetics feature an enhanced Beautyrest Navy, as well as a new sable-colored design with a sophisticated herringbone pattern on select models in the Recharge World Class line. All four lines offer Simmons’ ten-year limited warranty. Simmons rounds out the brand unification by introducing four new Beautyrest pillows to its product offering. Priced from $69–$149, this line features AirCool Memory Foam, removable covers and travel cases.
The Beautyrest brand will be supported by a full-scale marketing campaign, the largest in company history. The 2015 “Get Your Beautyrest” campaign transitions the focus from the Day Before to the Morning After. The first TV ad, “Bullhorn,” aired on network and cable channels February 13 prior to Presidents’ Day. Digital, social and public relations efforts, as well as a second TV spot, will roll out prior to the summer sales push.
