Shifman Mattress Company is unveiling the improved Pure Comfort collection and new PowerMotion adjustable base program at the spring High Point Market. With exclusive features and high-quality construction, these new line-ups offer retailers unique sales opportunities in two growing markets.
Made using eco-friendly natural Talalay latex cores and comfort layers, the new Pure Comfort mattresses provide a cradle of comfort that responds to individual body contours for enhanced comfort and support. Natural latex is one of the most durable cushioning materials available, out-performing synthetic, polyurethane foams. The two-sided mattress construction, a hallmark of all Shifman products, allows the customer to flip the mattress for lasting comfort—a key selling feature that is not found in competitive latex programs.
“Shifman’s tradition of providing the finest quality and craftsmanship is reflected in this third generation Pure Comfort collection,” said Bill Hammer, president. “In a time when most mattress manufacturers produce chemical-based foam beds, we have remained true to promoting healthy sleep by constructing our mattresses with natural materials.”
The company will also introduce the new PowerMotion program at the spring market. These attractive, furniture-style adjustable bases offer a selection of adjustability from basic head and foot positions to unlimited contouring positions. Massage, smart device compatibility and a host of other advanced features allow consumers to personalize their comfort.
“The new adjustable bed program is designed to offer our retailers additional sales and profitability in the fast growing area of adjustable bed bases,” explained Tim Wade, the newly appointed national sales manager. “The new latex collection will offer more distinct comfort levels and appeal to a larger segment of customers looking for non-innerspring products.”
