Talalay Global’s Unique Production Processes Featured on “Manufacturing Marvels”

Talalay Global, the world’s largest Talalay producer, was showcased on a recent edition of the nationally syndicated television series, “Manufacturing Marvels.” The show, which airs on The Fox Business Network, spotlights select American manufacturers, their products and manufacturing and testing processes. The segment was shot on site in Connecticut, and showcases the unique production techniques and technology in Talalay Global’s state-of-the-art manufacturing center.

The two-minute segment (which may be viewed on the company’s website www.talalayglobal.com) explains the benefits of Talalay and provides viewers with a behind-the-scenes look at the entire manufacturing process. From the pouring of the rubber formulations into the mold, through the freezing and cure steps, then on to the unique-to-Talalay purity process which includes the five stage washing process, then the clip concludes with every Talalay product receiving the nine point automated testing and infared viewing for quality confirmation.

“Manufacturing Mavels provided us with a unique way to tell our story and even more importantly for everyone to see exactly how the product is manufactured here in the USA,” said Talalay Global President and CEO David Fisher. “The segment has been very helpful in getting our customers and consumers to better understand the unique qualities of Talalay. As the only Talalay manufacturing center in North America, it is really quite special for us to unveil our unique technology, and purity driven process. We were glad for the opportunity to open our doors for everyone to see first hand; Talalay, purely the best .”
