Reverie has appointed Jennifer Shepard as its training and development manager. In this newly created role, Shepard will be responsible for creating comprehensive training programs for both its wholesale and private label sales divisions.
With over seven years of experience in organizing, leading and training international teams in 30 countries, Shepard is tasked with utilizing adult learning methodologies in design to facilitate new training programs for Reverie. Most recently, she was training and development leader for a division of Ford Motor Co., where she oversaw leadership training and personal development programs for employees. Prior to that position, Shepard served as learning and development coordinator at Frontier Science, a not-for-profit research foundation.
“Jennifer has a great track record in training across many different platforms and programs, which makes her uniquely qualified for this new role. We are very excited about the opportunities she will have to work with our retailers to provide better training and support for RSAs working with our products,” said Reverie Vice President of Sales Raymond Totaro. “With her passion for team building, training design and delivery, project management and workshop development, we are confident in Jennifer’s ability to produce quality results.”
