King Koil has promoted Geri Frank to the newly created position of manager of marketing services, announced Chris Henning, company executive vice president of sales and marketing.
In her new post, Frank will report to Henning and will primarily serve as a liaison between King Koil’s suppliers and the company’s licensees. She also will assist in producing point-of-sale materials and ensure ongoing communications between sales executives in the field and at the corporate office.
“Geri has a lot of industry experience and knows our company very well,” Henning said. “We’re very pleased to promote her into this new post and fortunate to have her on our team.”
An 18-year mattress industry veteran, Frank first joined King Koil in 2010 as a national accounts sales administrator. She was promoted to sales and marketing coordinator in January, 2013.
Before her years with King Koil, Frank, a Chicago native, worked from 2003-10 as a purchasing manager for the Englander Company in Chicago and as a production manager for the former Spring Air-Chicago facility from 1996-03.
