As a result of continuing growth and expansion of the mattress and pillow collection featuring Octaspring Technology, DORMEO N.A. has appointed industry veteran Jim Van Lear as the new Vice President of Operations, to oversee all aspects of operations and manufacturing for the Winchester, VA and Plano, TX facilities.
Jim brings over 30 years of bedding industry experience, including operating manufacturing plants in multiple locations for Sealy, Simmons and Spring Air. He spent the beginning of his career at Sealy before joining the Simmons Bedding Company and rising through the manufacturing and operations ranks. Most recently, Jim owned and operated SensoGel. He will be relocating to Dallas/Fort Worth to work in the DORMEO N.A. Headquarters, located in Plano, TX.
