Blue Bell Mattress Co. Promotes Seasoned Sales Execs To Key Positions

In a move designed to enhance its sales and marketing team, Blue Bell Mattress Co. has promoted two long-term employees within its sales organization. Richard Tauber has been named Executive Vice President of Sales, overseeing the company’s network of sales representatives, and Rebecca Gray has been named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Prior to the promotion, Tauber was Senior Vice President of Sales for Blue Bell. He has been with the company since 2014 and held a variety of management positions, including Vice President of Sales at Serta Mattress and Spring Air. Before joining Blue Bell, Tauber was a director of sales at Simmons. In his new position, he reports to Mark Kolovson, company CEO.

Gray has been with Blue Bell since 2004 when she joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to her recent promotion, Gray was Vice President of Sales for the company. In her new role, Gray will oversee and set the company’s strategic marketing direction. She also reports to Kolovson.

“Much of our significant growth over the last couple of years can be attributed to Richard and Rebecca’s diligent work,” Kolovson said. “They’ve built an impressive sales network that continues to make an impact in our marketplace.”
